Digital Assisted Soft Tissue Driven Full Arch Restoration

This presentation will focus on computer guided implant surgery by introducing a novel digital pathway based on facially driven virtual diagnostic waxing, prosthetically driven surgical plan, digitally printed surgical template, and prefabricated implant-supported screwretained interim restorations that can be realized in a predictable manner. The challenging interplay with the surrounding gingival framework, often overlooked in the extensive rehabilitation supported by tilted implants, will be emphasized through a step by step clinical protocol to deliver a natural scalloped gingival architecture without any pink prosthetic emergence and interface.

Learning Objectives:
• Understand the benefits and disadvantages of using digitally guided surgery and prosthetic techniques
• Manage the soft tissue interface full arch restoration in order to enhance the long term clinical outcome
• Gain knowledge of the use of graft free implant solutions based on tilting implants
